Active-B Complex by Integrative Therapeutics provides a full complement of bioavailable B vitamins important for many biochemical processes.

Active B-Complex is directly usable as a methyl donor to support methylation necessary for many bodily biochemical processes such as aiding in the maintenance of healthy homocysteine blood levels Methyl donors aid in the production of brain chemicals, helping to improve mood, energy, concentration, visual clarity and alertness.

As methylation ability declines with age, lack of methyl donors may contribute to the aging process

Gluten free, soy free, vegetarian formula

Suggested Usage

Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

1,000 MG of B Vitamins

Great B complex

I've liked this complex, a step up from one I took before. I do sometimes divide the contents of the capsule into 2 servings if I have extra capsules just so that I can give my system a bit of a boost, as I get Bs from food too.
