    Changed to different product

    I took this for 3 years which aided in my nightly leg cramping. With advice from my naturalpath I switched to the Buffered chelated formula. A bit more expensive but is supposed to be assimilated better by the body.

    I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROCUCT

    I HAVE USED THIS MAGNESIUM-POTASSIUM COMPLEX FOR A LONG TIME FOR MUSCLE SPASMS. i ALSO AM TAKING A MUSCLE RELAXANT BY PRESCRIPTION, FLEXERIL. I FIND THAT I NEED BOTH IN ORDER TO BE SPASMS FREE. I GET SPASMS IF I WALK TOO LONG ON HARD FLOORS LIKE AT THE MALL. I HAVE USED OTHER MAG-POTASS FORMULAS ESPECIALLY NOW MAG-POTASS WITH TAURINE. THERE SEEMS TO BE A HOLD ON THIS PRODUCT, SO I'LL SWITCH TO THE NOW FORMULA.

    Great supplement

    I've been taking Krebs Magnesium Potassium Chelates for a couple of years. I am unable to take most magnesium supplements but I don't seem to have any problem with this one. I also like that it has adequate levels of potassium.

    not sure

    I have been taking different kinds of magnesium. I've tried Krebs Magnesium - potassium chelates, but I am not sure if I want to continue after looking closely at the other ingredients?. I prefer just magnesium powder without any additions.
