Suggested Usage

    Great!

    This supplement was recommended to me by my naturopath doctor to help with managing migraine symptoms. This has seemed to help reduce their frequency so far and I am encouraged to continue to use this! I am ordering more now!

    I have used this product for 2 years now and it works great for me. I take it a bedtime & it helps me sleep and it helps my mood the next day. I would recommend it for anyone who has difficulties in this area. Caution don't use if your on anti depressants without first taking to a doctor, it can cause serious problems when combined.
