I mostly use this right when I start to feel a cold coming on. If used as directed, it is very effective! I've knocked out several colds using this product/brand. Can also be taking daily. This is concentrated into capsules so it is more effective vs. the liquid drops that you have put into water and are bad tasting.

I've read reputable research about all three of the ingredients in this product, but the combination is outstanding. I purchased it to assist my immune system and provide more stamina and endurance. I work out regularly and this product has helped me in every way, but especially in my ability to enjoy my workouts and have the energy left over to do all the things I need to do in a given day.
