This is my favorite prebiotic! With 50 billion SBO in a shelf stable pill. Easy to swallow and take on vacation! I have IBS and Crohns disease and I feel better when I take these.

Way Better Than Skin Probiotics

Before I used to take just one pill a day in the morning with water and breakfast. But after taking that and Skin probiotics I realized the latter made me feel bad. I immediately stopped taking that and started increasing my Women's Probiotics to two a day. A week later I felt much better. I'll do that from now on now that my monthly courses are back to normal.

I really enjoy this product and appreciate the value for my money. This product is not too expensive is manageable (in terms of smell and the size) and easy to store ("shelf stable"). I stopped taking this product for a while and only purchased enough to last one-month (30 days) and was okay with that decision. But when I noticed my body's reaction to stress (hormonal acne around my jawline) I returned to this product and signed up for a monthly subscription this time around. The subscription delivery process is slow (usually takes five to seven days to deliver after receiving a confirmation email that the "purchase" was confirmed) so I recommend not waiting until the product is completely gone before purchasing a new bottle or having your subscription arrive if you are someone like me who is taking it routinely every day. I am very happy with the product and the variety of pro- and prebiotic qualities it contains in each capsule being plant-based and shelf stable. After doing some thorough research on other pro- and prebiotic options nothing came close to comparable.

So far so good. I'm no longer bloated as long as I stay hydrated and physically active. I now have a few tiny breakouts before my period. And now my hair is growing faster. Some complain about the herbal scent of the vegan pills but I don't. In fact I still live it!
