This formula is similar to VitaSpectrum® Powder but the amounts of calcium and magnesium have been reduced to ensure the formula will fit in 6 medium-size capsules. Supplied in two-piece vegetarian capsules made from purified cellulose.
Free of iron, copper, gluten, and casein.
Suggested Usage
Adults or Children 4 or more years of age: 6 capsules daily with food or as directed by healthcare practitioner. Children less than 4 years of age: As directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Bought this for my daughter who struggles with focusing. She was not a fan of the taste. It was very hard for her to drink the powder, however when we mixed it with orange juice she loved it.
