New research is focusing on the synergistic relationship between vitamin K2 and vitamin D3, for bone and cardiovascular health. A group of naturally occurring and structurally similar, fat-soluble vitamins, vitamin K is essential for the proper utilization of calcium. Through its activation of the protein osteocalcin, vitamin K helps to bind newly absorbed calcium to the mineral matrix in bone. In addition, vitamin K has been found to help maintain bone mineral density by decreasing the activity of osteoclasts, a cell that breaks down the bone matrix. Vitamin K also provides critical cardiovascular protection by helping to activate matrix Gla protein (MGP), an inhibitor of circulatory calcification. Thus, vitamin K and vitamin D not only share similar qualities, but they also act synergistically within the body.
The addition of MenaQ7® PRO to this formula is backed by extensive research. Recommended by my Physician for low K and D. Make sure you check labels of other medications. I was taken off my Vitamin D to prevent taking too much.

This is an amazing supplement, I have tried other brands and they did not worked, I take it 3 times a day, I used to get really bad back pain and this supplement took it away, I feel great. I started it with 1 capsul a day, and still had some pain then I added one at night, but having 3 capsules a day it takes the pain completly, (under doctor's suppervision)

My Doctor whom recommends supplements in addition to medicine if necessary recommended this K2D3. I love it and been taking it a couple of years. When I ran out a couple times, I would find my stomach get very stiff, crampy upon waking. When I resumed taking them I no longer had the problem. Helps with stiffness. I only buy quality vitamins.

I take 1 in the morning with other vitamins. I believe Ortho Molecular products are very good. I have been taken K2 with D3 for many years. Past 2 years have ordered from Professional Supplement Center, talked with their nurse who is very nice and professional. Delivery is always exactly when they said I would receive the products.
