Suggested Usage
Adults take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Best when taken with a meal. Capsule may be opened and contents may be added to water or raw juice. Not intended for children.

My doctor recommended I take Vitamin D for several reasons. I tried and tried to find Vitamin D that does NOT have all this junk in it that is added. You are defeating the purpose. It is cheaper but you do not get the real benefits due you. I finally found this and I know the difference. I feel it. I'm 58 yrs. old but I'd recommend it to the young as well but check with your doctor as far as giving it to your young children.

Anything in its raw state is high on my list. Taken with a vitamin K2 ensures the D is metabolized properly. With is wonderful 5,000 IU count, every other day was recommended by our ND and is sufficient. Vitamin Code Raw D3 5000IU is a keeper!

Vitamin Code Raw Are the Best

My family has been taking the Raw Vit Code D-3 for a long time. We find it extremely helpful in the winter months. In winter we take the 5,000iu and summer we switch to the 2,000iu. It's great to help with mood/depression symptoms as well as the immune function. It's also wonderful for healthy bones as we're aging.

My family has been using Raw Code Vit D3 for years. We use a lower dose of 2,000 in Summer and the 5,000 in the winter months. We've found it to be very beneficial to our overall health and well-being. It's a great product and we like that it's whole food derived.
