Adding the alkalizing minerals calcium, magnesium and potassium results in a less acidic form of Vitamin C that is better tolerated (less stomach upset) and provides the additional benefits of calcium, magnesium, and potassium supplementation (i.e., alkalizing effects, bone mineralization, etc.).
The ascorbic acid is buffered by the minerals calcium, magnesium, and potassium bicarbonate.
Suggested Usage
Take 3 grams (approx. 1 teaspoon) per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

This is an essential part of my supplementation.

I use one teaspoon at bedtime. The taste is much more pleasant than other buffered Vit C products I have used in the past. It is easy to use and dissolves completely with out leaving any grit.
