Suggested Usage
One scoop (6.5 grams) one or more times daily dissolved in water or juice, or as directed by your Health Care Professional. Each serving contains 4 grams (4,000 mg) of the most bio-available Vitamin C.

L-Ascorbate C crystals with FASM,a uniquely fully-attached sodium molecule, are buffered at a non-acidic, neutral pH.This eliminates, or greatly reduces, the usual intestinal distress that occurs with some persons taking large amounts of Vitamin C.
GMS-Ribose™ Glycine Methyl Sulfone Ribose is a patented proprietary blend of methylated glycine, as complexed with methyl sulfone (MSM) in a base of Beet Source Ribosomal RNA with Ribose Nucleotides including D-Ribose/ Malate, BioActiv™ Aloe in a patented form, and EDTA. Each 1000 mg of Vitamin C Activity provides 120 mg of attached sodium.

Best way to take large doses of C!

I take this product in its powdered form. I take it 3 times a day. It is very fast and easy to take. Mixes very fast in just a few inches of water. The best feature of this product is it is very highly buffered to protect you from digestive upset. I take 8,000 to 12,000 units a day. I could never take this much in a nonbuffered vitamin C pill.

I'm on my third container of Vitality C. My doctor recommended it to me to strengthen my adrenals, immune system, to build collagen, etc. because he is currently treating me for Lyme Disease. I have had Lyme for a few years, but was diagnosed about seven months ago. I am not taking antibiotics for my treatment. I do like the fact that I can get a healthy dose of C that my body can easily absorb so that I can use it accordingly. My only complaint is that it is expensive and the label says that it has 30 servings. I have counted with my first two containers and come up with more like 25 servings. I think that is quite deceptive. This is why I gave it a 4 star rating.

Really like that I can get a high dose of vitamin C in a powdered form. The label says it is pleasant tasting- which I did not find to be the case- the taste isn't great, but also isn't all that bad.

This is an excellent product. It is easy to take , Has a very mild flavorand it's buffered so that you can take large quantities if necessary. The scoop measures 4 g/4000 mg, which is a perfect daily dose for me for maintenance. I intend to continue using this product to meet my Vitamin C requirements.

Years ago my doctor suggested I start taking a Vitamin C product like this which buffers the Vitamin C to allow a higher dose and also makes it more available for a body to absorb. From what I understand, the only way to get more is with a Vitamin C IV. The product works as expected. It does not affect my stomach, but provides an excellent absorbable source of Vitamin C. I mix it with my daily protein drink, but at times with a smoothie. You can drink it in plain water, but the taste is not the most pleasant. But when I mix it with something, I don't notice it. Cheers!
