Improved sleep quality greatly

This turned my sleep issues around. I now get sound sleep with just 1 capsule at bedtime. If I wake up, falling back asleep is no longer a problem. The quality of my sleep is much much better. The only negative is the smell. Probably typical of Valerian root, it is very earthy-smelling.
