Suggested Usage
Adults: As a dietary supplement, for a 3-day regimen:
- Day One - 4 servings
- Day Two - 2 servings

Great product

I took this according to the recommended dosage when dealing with a UTI. I could tell I was better the next day. I much prefer this over taking antibiotics. I take a maintenance dosage now.
