Ultra Preventive® X (Vegetarian Capsules) is Douglas Laboratories’ most comprehensive multivitamin and mineral supplement, with an organic fruit, vegetable and phytonutrient blend. This unique formula provides antioxidant support and beneficial nutrients, including carotenoids, flavonoids, polyphenols and bioavailable forms of vitamins and minerals that contribute to optimal health.
This product is carefully developed to contain adequate amounts of vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial nutrients and enzymes. Each ingredient is selected in consideration of its absorbability, competitive relationship with other nutrients, allergenic potential, and long-term safety. The specific nutrients are included in high-potency amounts because of the vital roles they play in antioxidant protection, cellular health, energy, methylation, the nervous system, and vascular, bone, heart and immune support, among other functions.
Suggested Usage
Adults take 8 vegetarian capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
This product is best taken with meals in divided doses, such as 4 capsules with 2 largest meals of the day.

Have always taken a multi vitamin. I Started this product a year ago. I take one tablet daily. This is the first Northwest Ohio winter I have not been sick. With all I am exposed to daily, working in the public. I truly believe this multi vitamin has made a difference in my life. And this is the only change I made in my daily supplements.

These tablets are easy to remember since you just take 4 in the morning and 4 at night. I switched from LEF multi that has 14 pills a day. It appears to be a good quality product. The worst part about it is the price and I'm not sure it's worth more than LEF sale prices considering the ingredients.

The pills are effective, but not easy to swallow. Would prefer a capsule with pea protein. Twice a day dosage is inconvenient;therefore,I take 6 tablets with breakfast.

I am a Trump network defector. I believe in customized vitamin support. This product comes close to what I am accustomed to taking. However, i choke almost every morning. Douglas labs formulated the vitamins for another retailer. They are easy to swallow capsules made out of pea protein. Why can't they do the same for this Douglas Labs product??
