Rarely, CoQ 10 may cause mild gastrointestinal upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation. If pregnant or lactating, consult your physician before taking this product.

Great Product!

I use to take Ubiquinol from another manufacturer and the pills were HUGE, and they would claim that they were soft gels...I call them hard gels. So I switched to this brand (Pure Encapsulations) and I fell in love! Not only are there NO fillers...but the gels were smaller, and softer. I recommended this item to a friend, and she loves taking them too!
