Ceylon cinnamon originates in Sri Lanka, contains a higher number of essential oils than Chinese cinnamon (Cassia), and contains antioxidants that work to support your health. Antioxidants are substances that work in the body to protect cells from oxidation. Oxidation causes free radicals, which may cause damage to healthy cells.

Suggested Usage
