Thyroid Support Complex (formerly called Triple Action Thyroid) provides:
- Ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb, shown to support natural production of the thyroid hormone T4
- Guggul, an extract of Commiphora mukul, show to likely support the activity of the enzyme that converts T4 into the most active thyroid hormone, T3
- Korean Ginseng has been found to help reduce levels of the inactive, thyroid hormone-inhibiting reverse T3 (rT3) and support healthy T3 and T4 levels
The following additional nutrients are included in Thyroid Support Complex to further enhance benefits:
- Iodine and tyrosine, which are required for thyroid hormone production
- Vitamin B12, a sufficient level of which is needed for healthy thyroid activity
- Vitamin A, an important nutrient for supporting healthy serum T3 (active) levels
Suggested Usage
Take one (1) capsule twice daily, preferably early in the day, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Other Ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, gum acacia, maltodextrin, silica, vegetable stearate, dicalcium phosphate, modified food starch. Non-GMO.
Due to the source of kelp, this product may contain fish and shellfish.

Whether or not a product works depends on the body's needs. I have found that this formula does well for me and I have re-bought it and will do so again. It's been more effective for me -- by far -- than the Armour thyroid I've taken for years.
