Zahler's SynerG is an advanced Glucosamine Sulfate joint supplement with MSM which builds healthy joint cartilage. Glucosamine is made in the body from the simple carbohydrate glucose and the amino acid glutamine. It is found in high concentrations in our joint structures. Low levels of glucosamine result in cartilage that loses its gel-like nature and its ability to act as a shock absorber.
Zahler's SynerG incorporates glucosamine to build and regenerate healthy joint cartilage, while each of the other ingredients in SynerG act collaboratively to reduce pain, inflammation, tenderness and swelling.
Suggested Usage
Take 4 capsules daily; preferably 2 capsules twice a day with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.

I use SynerG daily and see real improvemnet with my joints. I am much more flexible and will definitely continue taking htis nutritional supplement. I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from arthritis.

I got the SynerG Advanced Glucosamine Sulfate dietary supplements for bone and joint health and after 1 week of taking them I can feel a huge difference in my knees and joints, I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis along with other joint issues and pain issues and yesterday I was able to go out for a few hours to Christmas shop without my knees hurting at all.

My knee pain has really improved!

I've been taking these vitamins for about two weeks and I can really tell a difference in my knee pain! I have chondromalacia in both knees, which causes a build-up of tissue behind my knees and really causes pressure and tears down the joint. Even though I'll continue to have some pain until I can get the "extra gunk" scoped out, I really have seen an improvement with this product. I can walk down stairs with much less pain than before and it seems to have improved my stability, as well. The only "downer" is the aftertaste. These pills do not taste good at all, and you will taste them for hours after you swallow. However, I'll take that in exchange for the pain relief!

I really tried to take these. You can really taste them when you take them. Obviously I take them with a drink, but they leave a horrible taste in your mouth that I can't seem to get passed. Because of that, I can't make myself take them regularly.
I really wanted to like these. I know these are a good brand. Maybe I got a bad bottle. I'm not sure. They are in capsule form, so I'm not sure why I taste them going down.
So because I am not taking them on a regular basis, I can't really say if they work.

I started taking this after doing extensive research about what ingredients can help support my arthritic joints. I'm 72 and was starting to feel my age. Since I still want to have an active life I decided to help myself. This combination with the vegan glucosamine is what I found, and I feel great. I take it together with Zahler Inflame-X for additional support. I'm extremely pleased with how I feel now.
