I no longer use any kind of lotion or hair products. I use almond oil as hand and body lotion, and I even use it as face moisturizer. I use it to treat my hair once a week; and I rub a little bit to my hair (not my scalp), after I wash my hair...I also use it overnight for my lashes...overall, I love the product and I pretty much use it for everything :)
