It worked for me!

Within about 20 minutes, I felt calmer and was able to relax. Shortly after that, I fell asleep and didn't wake during the night as I usually do. Being a sleep aid, I would not take it every night but it is a product I will use when I need to catch up on my rest.

I was worried when they stopped making Kavinace Ultra because it worked so effectively. I learned that it had to do with an ingredient that the FDA no longer allowed in supplements. About 2 weeks ago my friend suggested I try Sleep Balance Herbal. I am so glad I did. It works really well! I fall asleep quickly and peacefully and if I wake in the middle of the night it only takes around 15 minutes to fall back to sleep. I will continue to take this product.

I have suffered from insomnia from an early age....exceedingly pleased to report that this product is not only effective in promoting a good night's sleep, but it also creates a calm, gradual transition resulting in a good night's sleep with no unpleasant residual effects the next morning! If I occasionally wake up through the night, I am able to drift back to sleep with no problem which I normally cannot do. Great product!

I have tried many natural supplements to help me stay asleep and this is the only one that works!! I have been telling all of my friends and colleagues about this product. I can fall asleep easily and this helps me stay asleep.

This product is hit or miss. Sometimes it works great and other times I am still waking up during the night. I have not found a product that keeps me asleep, but this product is not consistent for me.
