Suggested Usage

Best Meal Replacement

When I'm diving into Keto mode I immediately stock up this shake. It has no protein after taste. I live by this meal replacement on keto.

I found this Progressive Professional Skip-A-Meal years ago and it is the only one I can tolerate the taste of. All of the many, many others I tried either tasted chalky or left a bad aftertaste for me. This one has a rich chocolate taste with just the right sweetness. I have also used the vanilla flavor and added various Crystal light type flavorings but the chocolate is my go-to.
