Suggested Usage

I have been told by several physicians that I have poor digestion. After experiencing severe stomach pain/heartburn I began taking the Similase and the symptoms slowly resolved over the next couple weeks. My husband was also having a burning sensation in his stomach and the Similase worked very well for him too. Now we are both taking it regularly. Two capsules seem to work alot better than just one.

I take two capsules if I am eating a rather large meal and one if it is a small meal. It helps my digestion problems greately. Actually a Doctor started me on it several years ago.

I use this because of irradiated bowel, it helps me digest not only food but other supplements. I think it is one of the secrets in living with this difficult disorder for 30 years. However, it is not for everyone; I have had friends with diverticulitis who actually got worse with this.

I was originally prescribed this product by a naturopath, due to consistent and ongoing rosacea that I had dealt with for years. I had visited a couple dermatologists and both prescribed antibiotics, which I wasn't thrilled about and didn't exactly work as I expected. I finally decided it was worth trying someone new, hence the naturopath. Combined with probiotics, I take this product daily and it's rare that my rosacea flares up whatsoever. How much is due specifically to this product I don't know, but I'm happy to not be dealing with rosacea off and on each year.

I'm pregnant, & my holistic doctor recommend that I start taking this. She said it would help break down the food I ate because pregnancy weakens the digestive system. She also said it would help with the nausea & morning sickness from certain foods that didn't agree with my stomach, again because it was helping to break down the food I ate. She was definitely right, because I started to feel little better after taking this with my food. I have continued to take this into my second trimester, & plan to use it during my entire pregnancy.. especially if it will help me & the baby stay healthy! Super happy with this product, not to mention it doesn't have any allergens, preservatives, & basically anything bad for a health conscious person.

Fixed heartburn and diarrhea issues when taken during meals that normally cause upset. Don't even take with every meal. Just usually dinner or big lunch meals.
