Just used this product for the first time. I've heard many good things about Schizandra and I started taking this for my mental fatigue and to help in my liver function. I've taken this for about a week and while I can't tell yet if it is helpful my liver or not, it has helped me to feel more alert and energized. I will buy this again.

I have ordered this supplement three times now and use it on a daily basis. I definitely can feel the effects when I do not use it. It gives me an alert feeling and the ability to concentrate is much easier. Schisandra berry is also does great job of protecting the liver from toxins, among many other great benefits on the body (check it out!). This brand is great and I see the benefits from using it!

I found this brand worked better than a couple of others I had tried. Though after being on this for over a year it's noticable affects seem to be less; I think this may be due to the body finding a new normal with continued use. I would not consider stopping this as a apart of my daily suppliments. I gave this 4 stars because I always feel there is room for improvement in any of these products.
