Suggested Usage
Use only as directed. Apply once or twice a day as needed. Dispense cream into the palm of the hand and rub onto the skin of your chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating the area each time.
Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of a month.

It's been many years since I used this product. The container was white with black lettering and the word "life-flo" set in a purple curved shape. I loved the product. Financial reasons forced me to stop ordering it. I'm 88 now. I'd like to begin using it again.

Wouldn't Want to be Without It!

I stumbled upon these hormone creams by accident years ago. Someone recommended this cream to me because she worked for a company that sold them. I had my doubts and didn't see any reason to use the product, but after a month of using it, I noticed that my monthly headaches, caused by hormonal fluctuation had disappeared! I didn't use the product for a while and the headaches returned; upon using it again, they were greatly reduced! Later, I experimented with other creams from this company, but this one worked the best for my headaches. If you have hormonal issues that you are trying to control, this is definitely worth a try.
