Always have on hand

I was given this product years ago by my nutrionist when I was under a lot of stress. This is a product I always come back to when I'm feeling overwhelmed or stressed. I take in early in the day and in the evening/bedtime. It's very effective and I notice a big difference in my nerves/mood within an hour.
