Suggested Usage

I have taken Nat-Stim now for a couple of years. I worked for one solid year at a preschool and was the only teacher who did not get sick during the entire school year! The only time I feel I'm coming down with a cold is when I forget to take it consistently and then I take it right away and it seems to keep the cold from getting worse. Take 2 capsules for the first month when first starting or when you feel you are "run down" but otherwise one capsule on an empty stomach should do it. It's the best immune product that I've used so far!

We tried Nat-Stim 2 years ago & we stayed healthy, away from influenza's & strep. Last year we didn't take it & had strep & colds constantly! This year decided to try it again, & so far all we have had is a simple cold, no strep!
