There's no doubt your body needs vitamin C. Most of us can get plenty of it from the food we eat, but supplementing your diet may also have benefits.
Each serving of Potent C Guard from Perque contains 3.2 grams of fully-buffered ascorbate (another name for vitamin C) as well as a balance of essential minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc. Studies show many Americans may be lacking in one or more of these key minerals. This is often due to stress, illness, processed foods and environmental toxins.
Suggested Usage
Take one (1) rounded half-teaspoon mixed with two (2) to four (4) ounces of liquid or as directed by your health professional. Please take a few deep, relaxing breaths while the natural effervescence subsides (-1 min.).
Use only dry transfer spoons to remove powder from bottle. Keep tightly capped and moisture free.

Free of citrus, MSG, wheat/gluten, corn/zein/starch, dairy/casein/whey/ milk derivatives, yeast, soy, sulfate, phosphates (other than coenzymes), and preservatives. Contains no genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

Do not use product if the tamper-resist shrink band around the cap or the inner seal beneath the cap appears to have been tampered with or is missing.

Like the fact I can take it without chewing so many pills. Only 1/2 tsp. give you 1500 mg of Vit.C. and it is buffered. If I put it in some juice, it's not so tart. It doesn't affect my stomach.

This product rocks. It's awesome. Vitamin C is essential for one's overall health and, as many people might not be aware, it is also an absolute MUST for optimal arterial health (to help combat plaque). Human's do not produce their own Vitamin C. This is very important to note because the vast majority of animals naturally produce Vitamin C and likewise, such animals do not suffer from Heart Disease!! (I remember this from a great book I read). Conclusion? Vitamin C is utmost important and Perque's Potent C Guard Powder is, for me: The Best Bullet to do the job. I have tons and tons of allergies and, so far, I've not encountered one bad side effect (I'm actually allergic to what this product is made from, but, because Perque is an expert at removing allergens, I am totally fine with this product --- my allergy is airborne, very severe). This product is, in my eyes, a "Master" at being allergy free. But it's much more than that. All ingredients seem to work perfectly with one another, as if to maximize the Vitamin C's absorption in the body. I contest that this product has wholly satisfied my expectations and henceforth, I plan to keep buying it. "Thanks Natural Healthy Concepts for supplying this top-dog product."

I love this product! It must be refrigerated once opened. It is buffered and I use to build my immunity and fight inflammation. It is the natural form of C and more effective. I use to determine my toxic load and to detox through a periodic C cleanse. I highly recommend that you add this to your protocol.
