Suggested Usage

these herbal tinctures are most affective taken regularly, as the benefits usually take time for your body to utilize the nutrients and compounds in them, that would be the best way to relieve full allergy symptoms. but for mild allergy symptoms, i feel this tincture will provide instant relief from itchy eyes and discomfort. this is my personal experience
