Suggested Usage
Adults & Children over 12: Spray twice under the tongue three times per day. For severe symptoms, dosage may be taken up to six times the first day.

Pollen Distress used to be called Allergy

This is nothing short of amazing. I think that it does incredibly more than help with pollen! I have recommended this to a friend with severe allergies of all kinds and she says that this works almost instantly. For me, it has helped with hives, itching, etc. I think that it's worth a try for any type of "distress" described in the information provided on this site. I wish I'd known about this a long time ago.

I like the Liddell sprays. They seem like quality products. My husband has allergies on & off spring through fall. We are trying this & hoping it works. It seems to have a good combination of homeopathics in it. I have had good results from some of their other sprays.
