Three PhosChol capsules deliver 2700 mg of purified PPC. Because PhosChol is 100 percent pure PPC, it delivers more than 7 times the amount of necessary choline into the blood. PhosChol is capable of delivering 10 to 30 times more DLPC than most standard lecithin and phosphatidylcholine products. 1,2 dilinoleoylphosphatidylcholine (DLPC) is the primary active ingredient in phosphatidylcholine, and is responsible for its therapeutic benefits.
