Helps stomach upset and gas - good for IBS sufferers

This was recommend by a nutritionist I work with, and I love it. Really helps with stomach upset and gas that happens for me due to IBS. And a secondary benefit is fresh breath! I take 2 in between meals when I am having IBS symptoms and sometimes as a preventive along with Brioschi or sparkling water. Love it!
