I don't know how this product will work or if it does or not. I am taking this at the recommendation of my doctor. I have been diagnosed with osteopinea, a forerunner of osteoporosis. If I don't end up with osteoporosis when I get elderly, I guess the product worked. I will write an update when I get to that point.
