- Choline and inositol for healthy cognitive function
- Supports cellular health with 500 mcg lycopene and 50 mcg (2,000 IU) vitamin D

It's a good vitamin & has no artificial ingredients. I like that it doesn't have calcium which you don't need when getting enough from your diet.
