Suggested Usage

I've been using this exact Olive Leaf for about 4 years, and it si very effective for helping my blood pressure regulate. It is easy to use in smoothie, and I add a capsule to the morning coffee grounds which is a help throughout the morning. My self does not tolerate any kind of prescriptions for BP regulation, but this Olive leaf works. 500 MG is perfect, for me, and I use it daily. Have tried other brands, not able to tolerate, this is great.
