a good way to add b vits and vegan protein to many dishes. tastes good when combined with synergy or prl tomato powder,garlic and olive oil.i mix those 3 ingredients into a sweet potato for added nutrition.

Best Yeast Ever!

I've tried MANY many nutritional yeast brands over the years and this one is by far the very best! I've been using this for about 15yrs... I keep it in the fridge so that humidity doesn't get in. I use it in salad dressings, on popcorn (the best, w Premier Pink Salt!), sprinkled over brown or white rice, and our two favorites - sprinkled onto sliced avocado w Pink Salt, and sprinkled (along w onion powder and Pink Salt) onto olive oil- rubbed kale leaves before roasting.... yum!

I started using this product years ago! I wanted the great nutritional value that it provided. I love Premiers products for they are of such high quality. It tastes SO GOOD! I love putting it on my salads and greens! I won't go without it.
