Excellent for energy, focus, help with migraines, and minimal calcium

Wonderful all-inclusive vitamin packet that checks off a lot of boxes for migraine sufferers, increased energy, and focus. Plus there is minimal calcium if one already consumes enough during the day. My labs indicated that I had too much calcium in my body and I also suffer from migraines, so it was difficult finding a multi that contained the right amount of nutrients and no calcium for my needs. This is an excellent product from a reputable company. After I first started taking for several weeks, I noticed an increase in energy and focus, which was an added bonus for me as I have a demanding job. Highly recommend!
