Suggested Usage

Warnings
Those who supplement with NAC should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily in order to inhibit cysteine renal stones. Cysteine renal stones are rare but do occur.

It's been four years since I first started taking the Life Extension N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine and I would NOT go a day without it! Nor, would I take any other brand of this supplement. It has definitely helped my body expel excess mucus from my lungs and improved my breathing. I would HIGHLY recommend this product!

I use NAC as an anti-oxidant for thyroid health. I trust this brand (it was recommended by the book "It Starts with the Egg"). Sometimes the capsules do have a slight sulfur-y taste on the way down, but it doesn't linger.

Ok, I haven’t counted the number of capsules in the bottle. The product itself is amazing and working great for my autistic son. Helps with autism aggression and OCD. Tried it on myself and no side effects. No bad after taste, etc. Have already bought another bottle. I will stick to this brand for now. The lid of the second bottle I ordered looked a little different but did not notice any difference in the product.

First of all, for all the bad reviews, it’s supposed to have a sulfur egg smell.
I don’t sleep very good. Sometimes I do, but most of the time I don’t. Unfortunately this does not help with insomnia. I take two of these in the morning and I feel as though I can deal with the lack of sleep. I’m not dragging all day. My workouts have increased, I’m so focused, I’m getting things done that I put off. Also a big plus, I’ve noticed inflammation in my body has gone way down.
I also noticed it has decreased my appetite.
I’ve been taking nac for a couple of months. I was using another brand, but I like this one better.
It’s been very consistent. I might have had two tired days in the past two months. Other than that, I will continue using this product.
