Contains all B vitamins

Every time I try to find a cheaper B supplement that has both methylated Folate and B-12, plus Niacinamide and B-6, I never can find one - this brand has thought of everything, including BioPerine and AstraGin which increases absorption. So I fork over the money because B vitamins are important, and I have to respect their thoughtfulness in putting this product together. I still hate to spend the money though TBH.
