Made my ovaries woke up.. it doesn't have a after taste. My nerves calmed down while on my cycle. I'm 47 my nerves are bad on my cycle these pills relaxed me and calm down my cramps to no cramping felt good but you have to take them as directed.. I took 1 at nigh and 1 in the morning . Omg I feel so much better after 2 Advil's also... But you can tell when they wear off you started cramping not a lot but I just take it for bed time and I'm good.. I'll keep buying this....
