This product helps me to fall back to sleep during nighttime awakenings. I don’t know why TonicSea works when many other melatonin products have not, but it does!

My doctor put me on this product several years ago and I must say it has made such a difference in my quality of sleep. I take a half a dropper full as he directed and I am asleep within minutes. It tastes good and does not appear to be addictive. Love it.
