Suggested Usage

Clear sinuses

The is some stinging, but it seems to lessen as I use it over time. I can taste the honey in the back of my throat so I know it is going through my sinus passages. It does make my sinuses drain nicely too. I use it before bed and it has kept my nose from plugging up like it usually does.
