My chiropractic doctor recommended this. Has a good balance of everything I was looking for and found nothing else that works as well. Take some fish oil along with it also.

I enjoy this multivitamin because its easy on my stomach, doctor recommended and meets my nutritional needs. I take it once a day, but can take twice per day if needed.

I use it when I feel run down or for sports games. I will be using it more regularly over the next several months and give an update at 72 years old, God allowing. My Chiropractor got be started on Maxxum during the 80's. Coupled with yoga and sports I haven't had any need for my Chiropractor who helped me immensely in the beginning.
