Immediate Relief From Night-time Leg Cramps

I use MagneGel on my legs and feet before I go to bed at night to prevent frequent leg and feet cramps that interrupt my sleep cycles.
Initially, when legs and feet cramps would painfully wake me at night, I would go to my home salon storage for the MagneGel bottle and apply it for relief.
Eventually, I placed the MagneGel bottle near my bed nightly before I went to bed so I could reach for it quickly.
The bottle would return to the salon cupboard during the day,
During COVID-19 pandemic, I didn't have to return it to the salon and I stored the MagneGel in my bedside table.
When cramps would cause me to rouse, I would apply MagneGel for quick relief; no massage needed, simply apply.
Eventually, I began to apply MagneGel before I go to bed with great success and now I am able to enjoy deep sleep through the night.
I prefer to apply magnesium topically to avoid the diarrhea that the pills can cause.
