Minerals are essential for life, not just some, but all life, including all plants, animals, and even insects. Each of the macro minerals sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, as well as the trace minerals iron, zinc. copper, chromium, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, and iodine in the diet, can be helpful in achieving optimal health.
Suggested Usage
Shake well. Mix ¼ fl. oz. (7.5 mL) or pre-mix daily with your favorite juice, preferably orange or grapefruit or plain H2O.
Test yourself frequently (at least weekly) to determine current mineral status. If needed, add in 4 drops of #4, 3 drops of #8, and 3 drops of #9, using the individual E-Lyte Minerals bottles.
This formula is a convenient way of taking one dose of #1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7. A change in taste may indicate your body's needs have changed - you should test yourself, in which you can use the BodyBio MTK Mineral Test Kit to determine which ones have changed. If you do not like one or more minerals - please stop taking the Pre-Mix and create a new mineral drink recipe using the individul Liquid Minerals according to your test results.
