I have been taking this product for the last 3 years and love it. It is just a little pricey but worth it.

I was interested in Liposamal vitamin C as I believe there is a benefit to having a high level of C in your blood stream, but do not want to take lots of Vitamin C pills that I am only going to urinate out, and that will cause me to have bowel issues...

I find these easy to swallow, and they do not upset my stomach at all.

I like very much that these are supposedly made with non Chinese ingredients as you don't really know what you are getting based on things like the former dog food scare where dogs kidneys were shutting down, and also the kids bracelets and toys that had things like Cadmium in them.

The Chinese electronics companies are great, but I want to try to stay away from sources from that country when I am putting things in my body...

I am curious about the Liposamal aspect. These are MUCH cheaper than other brands, and it seems from what I read that they are simply ascorbic acid mixed with an oil that is in gel caps, but I think more information is needed on that.

However, these are priced great, and do not upset my stomach so I will take them more often!

I don't expect to "feel" any different, but as long as they do no harm, than I am no worse off for taking them, and possibly better...

The softgels contain the phospholipids mixed together with the Vitamin C in a format which allows liposomes to form immediately upon the softgel opening inside the digestive tract. When the sofgtel opens in an aqueous environment (digestive tract) at body temperature the hydrophobic part of the phosphatidylcholine associates in a lipid bilayer (liposome) trapping the vitamin C inside. It's like adding oil and vinegar together (only in reverse in this case).

The liquid liposomal product we have is different because the liposomes are already formed whereas the softgels require opening in an aqueous environment at body temperature to take shape. The liquid is obviously going to work faster and with a bit better efficiency but should be kept refrigerated. The softgels have the advantage of being portable but they are delayed compared to the liquid. I take the liquid in the morning and the softgels around lunch at work. "

I have been using this for a year now. I have a hard time to swallow pills but these slide down very easily. I have looked other places for a softgel Vitamin C 1000mg and this is the only one I found

The manufacturer of this product was nicely responsive, and insisted to me that these capsules are truly liposomal and not merely an emulsion. However, I have been unable to find any independent laboratory confirmation of this. Hence four stars instead of five.

I take 3 of these capsules (1000mg of C) a day, and have for more than a month now as I write this. It is uncertain whether I can feel any difference as a result of taking these (instead of grocery-store vitamin C), since I've made a few other changes recently also. There are certainly no negative effects I can tell, and I am feeling as healthy now as I could possibly expect.

If I were a cancer patient, I would definitely use this product to take a megadose (12 grams - 36 capsules per day) of vitamin C to help drive out the cancer. If this is news to you, do some lookups on "Vitamin C doubles effectiveness"... and you'll see what I mean.

Also, if you're not sure why you should use LIPOSOMAL vitamin C instead of standard pills, look that up too. But in a nutshell, scientists believe that only 20% of vitamin C in pills makes it into your bloodstream because it is water soluble while your intestinal lining is fat-based (think oil and water); liposomal C encapsulates the vitamin in a fatty sphere (made of liposomes) and makes it so 90% of the vitamin C gets to the cells themselves.

I will continue to buy these capsules.

UPDATE - May 2018 - While the capsules themselves seem very good, the vendor is a pain in the patoot. Every time I purchase (repeat purchases), the vendor sends me an email asking if everything was all right and begging me to write a review. The last three emails I have received from them, they promise this "...is the last email we will send :-)" Ah, if only that were true.

I am not going to subtract a star from my rating of this product, because the product itself is worth what I gave it. But the vendor continuing to annoy me with repeated emails sure tempts me to do so. CORE MED, are you listening?

I've read the below comments and there's no ‘quick fix' to being healthy! Please understand that concept! L Glutathiome will assist your body in detoxing heavy metals and chemicals like glycophosphate, while improving your bodies ability to be at optimal health. However, the quality and quantity or lack thereof concerning what you eat and drink will effect your bodies ability to heal, coupled with where you live(terrain illness), who you live with(again, terrain illness), how you think, act, and handle stress can and will impact your potential success or potential failure. I put together an anti oxidant stack to help in my recovery from alcoholism. When I was in the hospital I was given massive doses of B1, Folate and B12 and they definitely helped, but I was still having trouble focusing mentally and could barely walk 200 yards to my truck even after 3 months. After taking this, Core's Liposomal Glutathione, another company's N-R-ALA and N-Acetyl Cysteine in the morning for two weeks the benefits have been amazing. My cognitive functioning improved almost immediately and yesterday I was able to walk 2.75 miles in the midday Texas heat. This morning I did 3 miles. Nobody who saw me 3 months ago can believe it. I was so impressed I bought enough to last me through the summer to avoid potential problems with shipping this product in heat. I am 60 and even though I was close to death 4 months ago I look and feel like I am 20 years younger today. I have been ordering and using this product for many months and like them. I recently received three bottles with expiration date of 3/2023. I Received them on 1/11/21. Last night, 2/11, I opened one bottle from this shipment. The inner seal, that is normally tight and requires a blade to open popped open easily. What I saw was a large clump of these capsules stuck together and impossible to separate. Today I tried to return this unusable mass thru Amazon but was told I am
One day by past the date to return a product.
I buy many hundreds of dollars of nutritional products thru Amazon regularly. This is the first time I have encountered a problem with a return. I try to order in bulk as much as possible. I think this problem is one of manufacturing and I should be able to return the faulty product. I am not happy!

I noticed a change in so many things shortly after I began taking these. Food is easier to swallow and digest. Allergies decreased significantly. Mood more stabilized. Cuts heal faster. I don't know if any of that is what it is supposed to do, and I haven't been sick since I started taking them either. So it definitely boosted immunity. Here is what I found and it definitely applies to what I wrote above: "Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the proper functioning of the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth." (I have less plaque on my teeth too.) This brand was recommended by my daughter-in-law who studies all the natural and best remedies.

I like these. Although large, they aren't hard for me to swallow because of the form. Unfortunately because of the form, when they arrived they were in a clump from melting. I hope I will still be able to use them. Maybe a shipping upgrade when shipping south in the summer.

I had never heard of Liposomal Vitamin C before, but noticed it when looking for some chewable Vitamin C tablets. Between last Friday and Saturday I came down with a really bad sore throat with thick sinus drainage. The glands in my neck were swollen and achy, so much so that my jaw and rear teeth hurt. I ordered this on Saturday and it was delivered the next day (thanks to prime delivery). I took 3 capsules daily for 3 days - Sunday, Monday, and today (Tuesday). This evening (Tuesday), my neck glands are no longer swollen and achy, and I have no sore throat! And my sinus drainage is 98% back to normal. I'm totally convinced that this product is the reason for my quick recovery! I am around quite a few people at work who are coughing with the flu and I will continue to take these Vitamin C pills daily in the hopes of not catching anything else. Great product! It does seem pricey, but if you divide the cost be 3, the resulting monthly cost is not that bad.

I am a customer of this product and had been happy with it. However this time the pills came 100% stuck together, it was impossible to get ONE single capsule out. I had to saw the container to access the product and even then I could not unstick them, they are stuck like a rock. I had to use pliers and and was succesful to remove some , but I notice that the problem is that many capsules were open and created this mess. I cannot return the product and I have no idea how to contact the seller. The product arrived without any moisture controlling substance on the inside and I am 100% sure it was not left out in severe weather as well. I hope the seller/ manufacturer sees my review and offer a replacement or they will be losing a customer .

You don't want a photo or a picture for this one. Only take this if you like having diarrhea. After about a week and the process of elimination, it was determined that this vitamin c gave us diarrhea. Going back to old vitamin C.

My family has been taking at least one softgel per day, but one always first thing in the morning for 3 years or so and up to 2 more between meals.
I believe because of the vitamin C's ability to boost our immune systems, we avoided most colds, flus and viruses ever since! I personally never got a flu shot within those 3 years and never got even a cold. Prior to taking the liposomal vitamin C, I would get a variety of colds and flu viruses in the winter months at least a once a year. I feel that this product doesn't upset a person's stomach since the technology helps it break down in the intestines instead. I believe that stomach acid destroys vitamin C, so taking other non-liposomal vitamin C supplements may be a waste of money.

I love this product! I have underwent a number of treatments for breast cancer, and have struggled with my energy level and gastrointestinal issues every since.
