I am happy to say that I have not experienced any problems with taking this product and I do believe that it is has been beneficial to my skin as an added supplement to my diet. Recently I got a cold and started taking this Vitamin C. I do not take a high dose of C regularly. Normally my colds are bad and last for several weeks. I believe this helped reduce my cold down to several days. Though this is rather anecdotally true, I do believe it had a part in my quicker recovery.

I've been taking this product for about 5 months. I use it to support my immune system and reduce inflammation. It doesn't upset my stomach like regular vitamin c and I've noticed that it has the added benefit of making my skin tone more elastic and smooth. It could certainly be coincidence, but I have not been sick since taking Vitamin C, although I am often in contact with viral illness, being an RN and a mom of two.
I will stick with this product as I know it is made with quality ingredients and I believe it is important part of a strong immune system and good health.
