I've never felt the effects of vitamin c (and I've taken maybe 10 types?) before taking this one. It's so energizing that I can't take it a few hours before bed or it will keep me up. My immune system has also seemed way stronger.

I buy these to take on trips. I love the liquid liposomal and use it at home but these capsules make getting my daily dose while on the road a whole lot easier. And yes, I take a daily dose of liposomal C, not just when I'm ill.

I am a big believer in liposomal, especially Vit C. I like Core Med capsules because they will store longer than the open liquid. I keep an extra bottle for emergency health boosts. I trust this company, having tried a few different companies with Liposomal Products, and this is the company I have settled on. I much prefer to order directly from Core Med on a subscription than thru Amazon. They offer better pricing and I know my product is the real thing. This C is a staple and effective for me. Thanks Core Med. The grueling hunt for a trustworthy company and products is over. I recommended these to my 93 yr young Mother. I like the B supplements too. Good for the WFPB diet lifestyle.

I have never been able to take a V-C supplement no matter what brand or source until now! I know I should be taking C, everyone should, but I have always ended up with diarrhea, bloating and cramps to the point of dehydration, yes, that bad. When I found out about liposomal C, I decided to give C one last try not holding my breath! To my surprise, after 2 weeks taking 2 pills a day (about to up it to proper dose of 3) I have had NO issues. I take it with food and only 1 at a time. Not everyone would have to be this careful. This is working for me and I already feel more energy. Time will tell, but I am so happy to finally tolerate V-C.
