Only about 18% of the vitamin C we get in food is available in our blood stream. Normal capsule or powdered supplements often fair even worse than this. Suggested Usage
Adults: Shake before use. Take 5 mL (about 1 teaspoon) daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Mix with water or juice if desired.

I have hydrogen type SIBO -- small intestinal bacteria overgrowth also known as irritable bowel syndrome. I have allayed any symptoms of bloating and discomfort with strict adherence to the SCD diet.
Feeling I am low on Vitamin C due to a minimum of fruits, I have now taken 1tsp of the Core Vitamin C Liposomal product on and off over a period of a week. I never take more than 1tsp and I never take it every day in a row.
I can say with confidence that this product causes my belly to bloat right after I take it. My waist goes from 28" to 36". This bloating stays with me for hours. The results are the same whether it is taken on empty stomach or with food. I would have called Core customer service to discuss this matter with them personally first but Amazon said they don't have one.

I recently read an article from Hallelujah Diet and the benefits of Liposomal Vitamin C. I also saw a YouTube video from Drjockers.com on the health-benefits-liposomal-vitamin-c. If the Liposomal Vitamin C truly has a better delivery system than Intravenous Vitamin C than it is a great supplement to use daily to support your immune system. I have been taking it for
a month or so and I have noticed that I no longer have a post nasal drip and my immune system is improving. My first indication of a break in my immune system is normally displayed with a post nasal drip which normally turns into a sinus infection. Once this occurs I develop a weakened immune system and experience additional problems. The Liposomal Vitamin C is a convenient, delicious way of keeping my immune system strong.
I recently bought four bottles of the Liposomal Vitamin C and have given three bottles away as gifts to family and friends who have been battling cancer and a virus.

Liquid C is a pleasant pineapple/orange flavor, a lovely way to take a Vit C supplement. It does boost the body systems and you can feel the subtle balancing and stabilizing of energy throughout the body. Highly recommended for rejuvenation.

This Liposomal Vitamin C works great to shorten a cold. The last two times I started getting a cold I took many spoonfuls and instead of the cold lasting two weeks it was gone in a couple of days. I have a supply on hand in case the coronavirus attacks us.

It improves my skin texture. In my opinion, this original orange flavor tastes better than the new flavor that has a vanilla after taste. It also mixes readily in my orange juice.
