I take the soft gel ones but got these by my ordering mistake-took 1every 2 hrs. 24/7 X 2 days for UTI-got Rd of all symptoms! Softgels are larger than the capsule but still easy to swallow-I hope I like capsules as well-only Vitamin C I use-highly recommend

This product contains palm oil. Palm oil is relatively high in saturated fats. The American Heart Association has advised against the use of saturated fats. Go through your pantry & throw away anything made with palm oil. Saturated fats are linked to an increased risk of heart disease & chronic health conditions.

Vitamin C is absolutely vital to our health & wellness. None of the ingredients in this dietary supplement have been sourced from China. They primarily come from Scotland & Spain.

Liposomal Vitamin C should have liquid around the vitamin C as pictured on the bottle. However, this is not what is inside the bottle. Core Med Science sells the same bottle with "softgels" which is liposomal, but this bottle contains "capsules" with a white powder inside so it can't be Liposomal. So be sure to order their softgels, not capsules. Don't know why they have two different products with different ingredients with the exact same picture on the front of the bottle.

Humans do not make their own Vitamin C in defense of illnesses and toxins! Liposomal Vitamin C is far more easily transferred into the blood stream and carried to every cell of the body/brain to cleanse and heal of toxins, heavy metals and illnesses! This company is very dependable for quality and effectiveness!

This Vitamin C is sourced from Scotland and Spain and contains a hefty 1111% of the RDA of Vitamin C per serving. A serving is two capsules. It is supposed to absorb better than traditional Vitamin C capsules or pills. It is easy to swallow and doesn't cause any digestive issues for me. Because I eat a plant-based diet and have loads of veggies and fruits each day, I only take one capsule rather than two. This still gives me around 550% of the RDA of Vitamin C and will help boost my immune system and overall health.

The bottle is pricey but the ingredients are pure. If you have immunity issues, this Vitamin C could help strengthen your immune system and give your body a strong barrier against viruses and other airborne stuff going around. I don't know if this brand and formula are all that much better than traditional Vitamin C but, so far, I have had no issues taking it and it will last quite a while because I am only taking one capsule instead of two. If I feel I need more or am getting sick, I will take two daily. I feel like this formula is effective and, in these times of respiratory illnesses being so common, I would rather err on the safe side and pay a little more for a quality supplement.

I really like the sounds/description of this vitamin C product but can't seem to really uncover the full ingredients.

I am slowly becoming more aware of the ingredients in all the supplements I take and where they come from - how they are made and from what, as well as the fillers and what the capsules are made of, as I work towards cleaning up my food supply, this also includes my supplements.

With this product I am forced to take the brands/company's word that about the ingredients, non-GMO and not sourced from corn, wheat etc... yet I still cannot uncover exactly what source their vitamin C is from. So, if this vitamin C is not from corn or wheat - as most is, then just what is it from? And then they claim the sunflower oil is from Scottland, but where is the Palm Oil from? Why leave out that detail?

I do like the idea of how liposomal supplements works, but I think I'll stick with supplements that I can see or at least uncover - what they are, and I'll stick with whole food Vitamin C from truly natural sources - even if they are low dose - as nature intended.

I swear by this product. I have some health challenges, so I keep this on hand and it keeps me healthy. Everything about lipsomal vitamin C is good. You can load up on this and not experience the intestinal issues with other forms of Vitamin C. I use this every day. When I'm stressed or I've been exposed to sick people, I up my dosage and it keeps me healthy.

The liposomal form of Vitamin C does not bother my gut like other sources of C do and this brand works just as good as the higher priced liposomal I used for a long time but is more reasonably priced!
