Suggested Usage

Good multi-vitamin

My Doctor recommended this to me as a very good daily multi-vitamin. Perque is a great brand and I use some of their other products as well. Unfortunately, I sometimes feel nautious after taking this vitamin if I have not eaten enough beforehand.
