Suggested Usage
Adolescents 9 years and older and adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as recommended by a healthcare professional. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Great Form of L-5 Folate

I use this supplement for the L-5 form of Folate, and it has been a very effective treatment for me. You have to be careful about which form of folate you use depending on what you're using it to treat, and NFH's Iron Glycinate product is high quality and well worth the price.
One caveat: I recently received a strange email saying NHS will soon require a yearly consult with a practitioner to be allowed to buy their vitamins. If that's enforced, they'll lose a customer. I don't owe any supplement manufacturer anything but my money when I buy their product.
